Colleen and Eric are Brooklyn-based designers who met while attending Pratt Institute. We've known each other for a long time, and anyone who has seen their apartment knows they share a unique sensibility for industrial design which you can see in everything they touch.

When my 2 friends told me they were planning on starting a business, I was more than happy to help. I always knew them to be brilliant designers, but I could have never imagined the success Colleen and Eric would have with their eponymous design shop.

Simple Beginnings

When their projects were just prototypes, I created a simple design template for them around Drupal content management system, enabling Colleen and Eric to independently update their blog and post new projects. They opted to forgo a traditional shopping cart style site in favor of conducting transactions over email. Being that assemble all of their products by hand, it only serves to reinforce the personal side of everything they do.

Resounding success

The site launch coincided with their first show at BKLYN Designs, and they were met with resounding success. Since launching the site they have been featured everywhere from SwissMiss to DesignSponge and their products continue to show up in new publications and stores all over the world.
